– You may cancel your order at any time before making the payment.

– Our team will manually cancel your order in our system if payment is not yet received.
2. No Cancellation After Payment
– Once payment is completed via direct bank transfer, cancellation is no longer possible because we have already committed to fulfilling your order.
– Since we do not use payment gateways, refunds are not available.
– Please ensure you want to proceed before completing payment, as all orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation.
3. Reshipping Option
– If there are issues with the delivery, such as lost or damaged shipments, we are committed to reshipping your order at no extra cost.
